• Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice and any associated winnings may be voided. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must notify b177 support immediately.
• You must provide a valid mobile phone number and, where requested, a valid form of identification for KYC purposes. b177 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage and to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.

Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any deposited funds unless required by applicable law.

b177 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major international card networks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b177 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. b177 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of identity and source of funds. Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement on the account.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments made by a family member, friend, or business entity on your behalf — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
• Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider are treated as a breach of these terms. b177 will contest any chargeback and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels. Accounts with open chargebacks will be suspended.
• b177 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with applicable international standards. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into any b177 account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering and game restrictions as other bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not as real-money funds, until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b177 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.
